120ft Factory is building infrastructure to close the Physical AI Deployment Gap by creating an observability layer that provides real-time ground truth for agentic workflows in industrial robotics. As a Computer Vision Engineer, you will extract telemetry, 2D/3D vision data, and physical states from heterogeneous hardware to feed reinforcement learning flywheels and world models. You will design pipelines for safe-state projections, deploy deep learning models for object detection and segmentation, and integrate custom robot packages to enable continuous learning on the shop floor.

• Architect pipelines to capture real-time telemetry, 3D point-cloud data, and video logs from robot cells.
• Fuse data from industrial vision systems, PLCs, and robot controllers into structured safe-state projections.
• Design and deploy custom robot integration packages for high-fidelity data extraction.
• Train, deploy, and manage deep learning models for object detection and instance segmentation.
• Build and maintain an end-to-end reinforcement learning flywheel for continuous model improvement.
• Collaborate with systems and VLA engineers to integrate agentic workflows with cloud-side generative models.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Vision, or equivalent experience.
