Agentic AI Solutions Architect

Citi is seeking a hands-on technical lead to serve as player-coach for the Services AI Platform engineering team, building scalable agentic ecosystems and fine-tuning applications. The role involves full-stack development with Python and Angular, implementing agentic frameworks like ReAct and ADK, and advanced RAG architectures. Requires 5+ years AI/ML experience with at least 2 years in Generative AI and leadership experience.

• Lead development of custom AI platform components, including full-stack applications using Python and Angular.
• Build and optimize multi-tenant intelligent agents with orchestration patterns like ReAct and ReWOO, and frameworks like Google ADK.
• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for strict decoupled integration.
• Develop next-generation RAG architectures (GraphRAG, LightRAG, RAPTOR) and integrate with vector and graph databases (Neo4j, pgvector).
• Design prompt and intent classification logic for complex workflows.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts as a forward-deployed engineer to translate enterprise workflows into automated agent-driven code.

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2+ years in Generative AI.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering complex software or AI solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure related to AI/ML.
