Zoom is seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI-powered knowledge graph and search services. The role involves architecting large-scale ML workflows, deploying LLM and agentic models in microservices, and building RAG systems for enterprise information retrieval. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and drive production-ready AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize large-scale Machine Learning workflows for knowledge graphs and search services
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models (LLMs and agentic workflows) using Docker, Kubernetes (AWS EKS), and internal platforms
- Design and maintain data ingestion, preprocessing, and transformation pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Develop and maintain AI-driven search and ranking algorithms for enterprise-scale information retrieval and RAG systems
- Implement advanced authentication and security mechanisms for ML pipelines (asymmetric JWT, AWS KMS)
- Maintain documentation and mentor junior engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, communications engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or related occupation
