XPENG is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to fine-tune LLMs for humanoid robots and autonomous driving. The role involves developing efficient LLMs, scaling training pipelines, and generating synthetic data. Requires a PhD and strong background in ML, NLP, and Python.
Responsibilities
- Fine-tune pre-trained LLM for humanoid robots and autonomous driving cars.
- Work on efficient LLMs for local deployment.
- Develop and maintain LLM training and deployment pipelines.
- Leverage large-scale datasets and computational resources.
- Generate synthetic data to improve data diversity and quality.
- Align with cross-functional teams on product needs.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
- Solid background in machine learning, NLP, computer vision, speech, or data.
- Experience with LLMs.
- Strong Python programming and deep learning framework experience.
- Open-minded, collaborative, and excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, training techniques, and quantization.
