Workday is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to join their Peakon team in Copenhagen. The role involves operating and hardening production infrastructure for AI agents and ML workloads. Responsibilities include managing deployments, ensuring reliability of agentic systems, and building tooling for observability.

• Manage the entire deployment lifecycle for the Peakon Agent and other AI Features
• Ensure the reliability of long-running agentic loops, memory stores, and tool-use environments
• Build and maintain tooling to surface agent trajectory and evaluation data
• Support performance testing, latency benchmarking, and load simulations for LLM-driven applications
• Collaborate on automation of essential security upgrades for ML dependencies

• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor's/Master or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent
• Proven track record as an MLOps or ML-savvy SRE/Platform Engineer supporting production-grade LLM and agentic systems
• Proficient in Python and frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git-based workflows (GitOps, GitHub Actions)
• Strong understanding of modern ML stacks or deep platform engineering background
• Ability to own production infrastructure end-to-end including monitoring, incident response, and reliability improvements
• Deep understanding of model development lifecycle, model monitoring, and automated evaluation using tools like LangSmith
• Strong communication and collaboration skills under pressure
