Workato is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to design and deploy proactive, agent-based workflows on their integration platform. This role bridges engineering and customer success by implementing advanced AI solutions in real-world scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced AI solutions for enterprise customers
- Implement and deploy agent-based workflows on the Workato platform
- Collaborate with clients to integrate AI capabilities into existing processes
- Provide technical expertise and support during solution deployment
Requirements
- BTech or BE degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering or AI implementation
- Strong understanding of AI agents and workflow automation
- Experience with deploying AI solutions in production environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with integration platforms or iPaaS
- Background in autonomous systems or agentic AI
- Customer-facing technical experience
