Senior Software Engineer - Team Bonnie (AI)

Voyado is building Bonnie, an AI agent for their retail platform. They seek a senior software engineer to evolve backend architecture, build orchestration systems, and turn AI experiments into production solutions. The role requires strong backend skills and practical AI experience.

• Evolve backend architecture behind Bonnie's AI and agent capabilities
• Build orchestration systems, AI workflows, and platform capabilities for scalable AI experiences
• Turn AI experiments into reliable production-ready solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers across multiple teams
• Drive technical direction for AI capabilities integration across the Engage platform
• Work on AI Segmentation, AI Translation, AI Content generation, MCP, and future AI-powered experiences

• 5+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and architectural thinking
• Experience working with cloud-based systems and services
• Practical experience using AI tools, coding assistants, or AI workflows
• Interest in AI-powered products and creating customer value
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems
