About the Role
Turing, a leading research accelerator for frontier AI labs, is seeking a Software Engineer to evaluate and improve AI models. This role involves creating datasets for training LLMs, curating code examples, and collaborating with researchers. Ideal for engineers with experience at top AI companies.
Responsibilities
- Work on AI model training initiatives by curating code examples, building solutions, and correcting code.
- Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions.
- Build agents and automated verification tools in Python.
- Hypothesize on steps in the software engineering cycle and evaluate model capabilities.
- Design verification mechanisms for software engineering tasks.
Requirements
- Several years of software engineering experience (3+ years).
- Strong expertise in Python with deep knowledge of frameworks and best practices.
- Experience building full-stack applications and deploying scalable software.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality review.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
