Data and AI Developer

We are looking for a Data and AI Developer to define, document, and implement development best practices for AI and software development. You will support end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of AI solutions, improve engineering practices, and manage industrialization from prototype to production. Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience, Generative AI/LLM expertise, and strong technical leadership skills.

• Define, document, and implement development best practices for AI and software development.
• Support end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of AI/analytical solutions.
• Improve engineering practices including code management, CI/CD, automation, and documentation.
• Manage the industrialization of AI solutions from prototype to production.
• Advise on technological orientations, architectures, and tool selection related to AI.
• Implement practices for responsible AI including security, compliance, governance, and risk management.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development and/or corporate AI/analytical solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with Generative AI and/or language models.
• Understanding of security, confidentiality, governance, and risk management frameworks within AI.
• Proven ability to exercise strong technical leadership.
