Machine Learning Engineer

We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to join a tech team focused on developing and operationalizing ML solutions in cloud-native environments. The role involves building scalable ML pipelines, implementing MLOps practices, and collaborating with data science teams.

• Develop scalable feature engineering pipelines
• Build and orchestrate end-to-end ML pipelines using Databricks
• Implement MLOps workflows including CI/CD for ML
• Manage the ML model lifecycle (versioning, deployment, monitoring, retraining)
• Optimize performance, scalability, and costs of pipelines and models
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to industrialize data science solutions
• Ensure reliability, monitoring, and observability of ML systems in production
• Promote best practices in automation and ML engineering

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering
• Strong experience in feature engineering and data pipeline development
• Practical experience with Databricks and workflow orchestration
• Solid knowledge of MLOps and automation
• Experience in ML model lifecycle management
