Lead the operational architecture, deployment strategy, and reliability engineering for integrating AI into high-stakes Healthcare Information Systems. Define enterprise operational standards, govern release processes, and build resilient infrastructure for mission-critical clinical environments. Serve as the definitive authority on production discipline, compliance support, and incident resolution for the AI organization.
Responsibilities
- Architect and govern the comprehensive release process for AI models across all environments
- Define and enforce monitoring standards, SLAs/SLOs, and dashboards for AI systems
- Establish and lead production incident management including triage, escalation, and postmortems
- Partner with platform teams for security compliance (ATO) and deployment traceability
Requirements
- Extensive experience in MLOps or related field
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and model registry management
- Strong background in system reliability and incident management
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments preferred
