Principal MLOps Engineer

Lead the operational architecture, deployment strategy, and reliability engineering for integrating AI into high-stakes Healthcare Information Systems. Define enterprise operational standards, govern release processes, and build resilient infrastructure for mission-critical clinical environments. Serve as the definitive authority on production discipline, compliance support, and incident resolution for the AI organization.

• Architect and govern the comprehensive release process for AI models across all environments
• Define and enforce monitoring standards, SLAs/SLOs, and dashboards for AI systems
• Establish and lead production incident management including triage, escalation, and postmortems
• Partner with platform teams for security compliance (ATO) and deployment traceability

• Extensive experience in MLOps or related field
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and model registry management
• Strong background in system reliability and incident management
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments preferred
