Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy multi-agent systems for customer service applications
- Design AI assistant architectures and interaction flows
- Collaborate with the Data Science team to integrate agents into production environments
- Optimize agent performance and reliability in real-world scenarios
Requirements
- Experience with multi-agent system frameworks and orchestration
- Strong background in AI assistant development
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries
- Understanding of production deployment challenges for AI systems
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLM integration and prompt engineering
- Background in customer service automation
- Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
