About the Role
Red Hat is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer focused on responsible AI. You will design and implement MLOps pipelines, lead a team, and collaborate on ethical AI practices. This role is fully remote and open to candidates worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsible AI solutions with cross-functional teams
- Design and implement MLOps pipelines for efficient AI model deployment
- Research and evaluate emerging MLOps tools and technologies
- Lead and mentor junior MLOps engineers
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure ethical AI use
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on AI regulations
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in MLOps or related field
- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and pipeline management
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
