Senior MLOps Engineer (Full Remote from France)

Workfinity is hiring a Senior MLOps Engineer for a contract role to join Dailymotion's ML team. You will be the first dedicated MLOps Engineer, building infrastructure for over 100 AI projects on GCP. Empower ML engineers with tools, own ML CI/CD, and manage GPU infrastructure. This is a full remote role based in France.

• Empower ML Engineers with tools and infrastructure.
• Accelerate time-to-market for ML products.
• Own ML CI/CD in collaboration with DevExp.
• Keep ML Engineers in control of models in production.
• Enable large-scale ML experimentation.
• Deliver MLOps building blocks (MLflow, Kubeflow, KubeRay).
• Manage GPU infrastructure dynamically.
• Tackle technical debt on existing projects.
• Handle on-call and post-mortems.

• Solid MLOps or DevOps background with production experience.
• Expert in GCP: Vertex AI, GKE, GCS, BigQuery.
• Full GitOps: FluxCD or ArgoCD.
• Kubernetes in production.
• Hands-on with MLflow, Kubeflow, KubeRay.
• GPU-aware: managed GPU scarcity at scale.
• Python required, Bash expected, Go or Rust a plus.
• IaC with Terraform, containerization (Docker, Helm), observability (Prometheus, Datadog, Looker).
