Senior Machine Learning Ops Engineer

National Debt Relief is seeking a Senior ML Ops Engineer to evolve and scale their enterprise machine learning platform. This role involves designing cloud-native ML infrastructure, deploying containerized services, and enabling production ML workflows. The ideal candidate has strong software engineering skills and experience with AWS, Snowflake, and ML orchestration.

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable ML infrastructure.
• Lead evolution of model hosting architecture toward cloud-native in AWS.
• Build containerized model serving solutions using Docker and FastAPI.
• Manage orchestration workflows for training and inference.
• Partner with Data Science and Analytics Engineering teams.
• Build scalable training/inference datasets using SQL, dbt, Snowflake.
• Implement CI/CD, IaC, and deployment automation.
• Establish observability and monitoring for ML systems.
• Optimize platform reliability, scalability, and governance.
• Document architecture and operational processes.

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 6+ years in ML Ops, platform engineering, DevOps, or data platform engineering.
• Strong experience deploying production ML systems.
