Raisin is looking for an AI Engineer to join the AI Enablement team. You will help shape how AI is applied across the organization by combining hands-on engineering with enablement and guidance. The role involves enabling teams to adopt AI effectively, contributing to shared capabilities, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring robustness and responsible usage.
Responsibilities
- Enable teams to adopt AI effectively by working with product and engineering teams to identify and refine AI use cases
- Support teams in integrating AI capabilities into systems and workflows
- Promote consistent and reusable solutions to reduce fragmentation
- Develop or extend shared components, integrations, or services as needed
- Define and implement patterns for integrating LLM capabilities into the platform
- Manage AI costs and budget usage for shared model access
- Support teams in developing retrieval-based approaches for internal knowledge
- Guide technical decisions on tools, platforms, and approaches
- Optimize AI system efficiency through principled model selection
- Support implementation of safeguards like access controls and monitoring
- Collaborate with Security, Legal, and other stakeholders on AI requirements
