AI Engineer (m/f/d)

Raisin is looking for an AI Engineer to join the AI Enablement team. You will help shape how AI is applied across the organization by combining hands-on engineering with enablement and guidance. The role involves enabling teams to adopt AI effectively, contributing to shared capabilities, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring robustness and responsible usage.

• Enable teams to adopt AI effectively by working with product and engineering teams to identify and refine AI use cases
• Support teams in integrating AI capabilities into systems and workflows
• Promote consistent and reusable solutions to reduce fragmentation
• Develop or extend shared components, integrations, or services as needed
• Define and implement patterns for integrating LLM capabilities into the platform
• Manage AI costs and budget usage for shared model access
• Support teams in developing retrieval-based approaches for internal knowledge
• Guide technical decisions on tools, platforms, and approaches
• Optimize AI system efficiency through principled model selection
• Support implementation of safeguards like access controls and monitoring
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, and other stakeholders on AI requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, focusing on backend or platform development
