Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and guide them through AI infrastructure integration
- Manage end-to-end deployment of AI solutions for enterprise clients

- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges during implementation
Requirements
- Proven experience in solution architecture or pre-sales engineering within AI/ML domains
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders
- Experience managing customer-facing technical projects
Nice to Have
- Background in MLOps or AI platform engineering
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
