Lead the development of AI-driven motion capture solutions for time and motion analysis in jewellery manufacturing. Design computer vision models to analyze hand movements, apply MTM principles, and build ML models to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of AI motion capture solution based on MTM principles
Design and implement computer vision models for tracking hand and body movements from production videos
Develop algorithms to calculate actual and standard time from motion data
Build and optimize machine learning models to classify motion patterns and detect inefficiencies
Manage data pipelines, feature engineering, and model monitoring
Collaborate with external vendors and cross-functional teams
Define KPIs and track performance impact
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
2-5 years experience in AI/ML, computer vision, or data science
Strong expertise in computer vision (pose estimation, object tracking) and frameworks (OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data processing pipelines
