Founding Data/ML Engineer

Palette is seeking a Founding Data/ML Engineer to build and drive the company's data and ML infrastructure. The role involves working end-to-end across the stack, with a focus on the context layer for AI-native applications. Based in Copenhagen, this is an opportunity to join an early-stage team and have a significant impact on the product and culture.

• Design and implement data pipelines for AI applications
• Build and maintain ML models and infrastructure
• Work end-to-end across the stack from data ingestion to model deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to define and execute technical roadmap

• Strong background in data engineering and machine learning
• Experience with Python and relevant ML frameworks
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Based in Copenhagen or willing to relocate
