NVIDIA is hiring a Senior AI Coding Research Engineer for its AI Developer Tools group to advance coding agents, code LLMs, and evaluation benchmarks for CUDA developers. You will drive research-to-product transitions, build novel agents, fine-tune LLMs, and contribute datasets and benchmarks. This is a fast-paced, in-person role in Santa Clara, California.
Responsibilities
- Advance coding agents, code LLMs, and evaluation benchmarks for CUDA developers
- Drive research-to-product transitions and partner with product teams
- Build novel agents and fine-tune LLMs
- Contribute datasets and benchmarks
- Collaborate across teams to turn research into customer-ready features
Requirements
- Senior-level research engineering experience
- Experience with coding agents, code LLMs, and evaluation benchmarks
- Strong background in LLM fine-tuning and dataset creation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person setting
Nice to Have
- Experience with CUDA developer tools
- Track record of shipping frontier AI-for-code capabilities
