Nuro is a physical AI company developing Level 4 autonomous driving technology. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to apply machine learning and computer vision to perception challenges such as object detection, sensor fusion, and tracking. The role involves full-stack ML model development from proof of concept to deployment.

• Involved in all stages of problem solving: proof of concept, model iteration, onboard deployment, on-road monitoring. Develop techniques to train models with massive data while keeping latency low. Take ownership of novel problems and dive deep.

• Recent experience applying state-of-the-art deep learning to autonomous driving, including object detection, sensor fusion, multi-task learning. Strong ML fundamentals and experience building model architectures. Strong software engineering in Python and C++.

• Experience deploying models in real-time environments and optimizing accuracy vs compute tradeoff. Experience productizing ML models and supporting data/training infrastructure.
