Founding Engineer @Koyal

Koyal is building an AI filmmaking platform that turns scripts into cinematic video with consistent characters, worlds, and stories. As a founding engineer, you'll build across the stack—agentic systems, video generation pipelines, model orchestration, and product infrastructure—owning ambiguous problems from idea to production. This is a high-ownership role where you'll help shape the product, technical direction, and company from the ground up.

• Build across the stack: agentic systems, video generation pipelines, model orchestration, product infrastructure, and creative filmmaking tools
• Own ambiguous problems from idea to production
• Shape the product, technical direction, and company from the ground up

• 3+ years of engineering experience, or strong graduate-level experience
• Deeply familiar with agentic coding tools and able to orchestrate multiple agents, models, and workflows effectively
• Creative and excited about building applications, not just infrastructure or models in isolation
• Experience with diffusion models, generative video, computer vision, or ML systems
• Ability to move quickly, with strong taste and a desire for meaningful ownership at an early-stage company
