About the Role

Klar, a Mexican fintech startup, is seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer to design and operate production-grade GEN-AI systems. The role focuses on building LLM features, context engineering, and data-intensive applications.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain production-grade GEN-AI services in Python. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 1+ years of experience with GEN-AI projects. 5+ years of Python programming experience. Proven experience building data-intensive applications.

Nice to Have

Experience with DSPy, GEPA, Knowledge Graphs, real-time clustering techniques, data retrieval techniques.
