Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Senior Machine Learning Engineer role focused on reimagining the call center using first principles. Located in San Francisco Bay Area, on-site. Full-time position with base salary $225K-$325K and equity.

• Design and implement machine learning models to optimize call center operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy models into production
• Conduct data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer (senior level)
• Strong background in deep learning and NLP
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch

• Experience with call center technologies or conversational AI
• Knowledge of real-time inference systems
