About the Role
OpenAI is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with media organizations to deploy generative AI solutions. The role involves designing enterprise architectures using the OpenAI API, prototyping, and guiding customers from prototype to production.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with news organizations to implement AI technology
- Deeply embed with technical platform customers as a thought partner
- Experiment and prototype solutions with customers
- Forge and manage relationships with customer leadership
- Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources
- Scale the Solutions Architect function through knowledge sharing
- Validate and deliver feedback to Product, Engineering, Research teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of news organizations business models and operations
- Proficient in Python and JavaScript
- Built and delivered prototypes on OpenAI API platform
- Led complex technical projects with many stakeholders
- Proactively identify opportunities for maximizing customer business value
