We are seeking an Algorithm Engineer specializing in LLM Safety to design and implement robust AI guardrails. You will focus on mitigating risks such as prompt injection, jailbreaks, and hallucinations while ensuring compliance with privacy and data residency standards. Responsibilities
- Design and build AI Guardrails frameworks for LLMs and agent workflows
- Detect and mitigate prompt injection, jailbreaks, and unsafe outputs
- Implement privacy and PII protection measures including redaction and obfuscation
- Build red-teaming pipelines and automated safety testing tools
- Enforce safety, security, and compliance policies across applications
Requirements
- Experience in designing safety layers for Large Language Models
- Knowledge of prompt injection techniques and mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with red-teaming methodologies for AI systems
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and PII handling
- Strong algorithmic skills and ability to implement automated tests
