Intuit is hiring a Staff ML Engineer to design and own AI/ML capabilities that power core products, including training pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and tooling. You will collaborate with AI scientists, product, and design teams to move from proof-of-concept to production, building long-term memory, context-aware experiences, and agent frameworks. Responsibilities
- Design and own AI/ML capabilities powering core products
- Build and maintain training pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and tooling
- Collaborate with AI scientists, product, and design teams to move from proof-of-concept to production
- Develop long-term memory, context-aware experiences, and agent frameworks
- Guide best practices for ML tooling and developer workflows
Requirements
- Experience designing and owning AI/ML systems in production
- Strong background in machine learning engineering and MLOps
- Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with training pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and tooling
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with scientists, product, and design
