Responsibilities
- perform (distributed) model training; help improve/adapt model architectures; design new tasks and experiments; optionally oversee data preparation
Requirements
- published at NeurIPS/ICLR/ICML as lead author or significant contributor; or contributed to a newsworthy LLM training effort; or 6+ months at leading ML research center; or ICPC/IOI/IMO medalist. Experience with PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow; good understanding of GPU architecture and graph algorithms; familiarity with model monitoring, git, CI/CD.
Nice to Have
- knowledge of distributed training approaches; familiarity with Triton; track record in algorithms & data science contests; code portfolio
