About the Role
LaunchDarkly is seeking a Staff Solutions Architect to lead strategic engagements focused on AI-powered applications. You will help customers adopt and operationalize AI delivery using feature management, safe rollouts, and experimentation. This remote role involves working with engineering and AI leaders to integrate LaunchDarkly into modern AI architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex Professional Services engagements for AI-enabled software delivery. Partner with customers to design feature management strategies for LLM-powered applications. Advise on safe rollout patterns like progressive exposure and guardrails. Support customers building chatbots, copilots, and agent-based systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise software or solutions architecture. Strong hands-on technical background. Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Go, or similar. Experience with LLMs, prompt-driven workflows, or agentic systems. Familiarity with AI development tooling including Claude Code, Cursor, Retool.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading teams through platform transformations. Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar.
