Machine Learning Operations Engineer – Conversational AI & NLP Solutions

Hirevector is seeking a Machine Learning Operations Engineer to join the Conversational AI team at arenaflex (part of Walgreens Boots Alliance). You will develop and deploy NLP and voice AI solutions for healthcare customer interactions, ensuring scalability and reliability across cloud and embedded systems.

• Design, develop, and optimize ML models for deployment on cloud and embedded hardware.
• Work with NLP, speech recognition, voice-to-text, speaker identification, speech emotion analysis, and language translation.
• Build and maintain MLOps infrastructure including data pipelines, testing frameworks, and automated model deployment.
• Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into production systems.
• Conduct proof-of-concept experiments with latest AI/NLP technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field + 2 years speech recognition or conversational AI experience (or HS diploma + 5 years).
• Minimum 2+ years industry experience in AI and NLP.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
