About the Role

A venture-backed AI company is seeking a founding AI engineer to develop the core intelligence powering its enterprise automation platform. This hands-on role involves taking LLM/agent-based technology beyond the prototype stage and building production-grade automation systems.

Responsibilities

Design and build the core AI intelligence for an enterprise automation platform
Develop and deploy LLM/agent-based automation systems
Take AI models from prototype to production
Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape the product

Requirements

Proven experience moving LLM or agent-based technology beyond the prototype stage
Strong hands-on software engineering skills
