GEICO is seeking a Distinguished Machine Learning Engineer to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of recommendation systems for customer intelligence across major customer journeys. • Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of recommendation systems for major customer journeys.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Architect scalable and reliable model ecosystems for recommendation use cases.
• Establish and drive best practices in ML modeling, data organization, model management, and observability.
• Help leadership mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers focused on ML modeling.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Provide state-of-the-art consultation to the Head of AI and Chief AI Officer on recommendation technologies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI/ML.
