AI Engineer (m/f/d)

Ordio is building an all-in-one software solution for non-desk employees and is forming a new team to implement state-of-the-art AI features. This role focuses on developing scalable AI/ML solutions, especially LLMs, agents, and copilots, and integrating them into the product. The engineer will work on full-stack AI projects, cloud deployment, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Bring AI solutions to existing web app, shipping full-stack AI projects end to end using pre-trained models
• Build and integrate components for AI infrastructure, supporting production-level inference and fine-tuning
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for AI-driven applications, APIs, and user interfaces
• Design and implement internal and external MCP Server for chat-based interaction
• Deploy AI solutions to the cloud via Terraform using cloud-native services
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Lead Developers, UX/UI Designers
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and system tests

• Strong software engineering background with experience in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Proven experience integrating AI/ML models into real-world applications, especially LLMs
• Deep understanding of models, context windows, and RAG systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and Terraform on AWS, GCP, or Azure
