Machine Learning Engineer

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing AI/ML solutions with varying levels of complexity.
• Contribute across all stages of the machine learning lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Design and implement appropriate testing strategies to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, clearly communicating technical concepts.
• Apply coding standards and software engineering best practices to build scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Evaluate and utilize appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks based on business and technical requirements.
• Independently solve technical challenges while proactively seeking support when necessary.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, design patterns.
