Machine Learning & AI Engineer

Devoteam is seeking a GCP Lead Consultant to lead customer engagements around modern data platforms, machine learning, and Generative AI on Google Cloud. The role combines technical leadership, architectural ownership, and delivery responsibility to help customers move from strategy to production-ready solutions.

• Lead customer engagements in Google Cloud Data, AI, ML, and Generative AI
• Conduct workshops on Data Architecture, AI/ML, and GenAI
• Design and deliver solution architectures based on customer requirements
• Take responsibility for delivery teams and ensure successful project implementation
• Support development of end-to-end data and AI pipelines on Google Cloud
• Design MLOps/LLMOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Advise on modern AI patterns like LLM integration, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to build scalable cloud-native solutions
• Contribute to internal frameworks, offerings, and reusable assets
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and engineers

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
• 5+ years experience in data science, ML, AI engineering or consulting
