Curamando is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients across diverse industries. The role focuses on architecting agentic workflows, implementing LLM frameworks, and establishing robust testing and observability pipelines. Senior candidates will also mentor team members, contribute to business development, and help scale the AI practice within the broader Eidra group. This position welcomes both experienced AI practitioners and software engineers transitioning into AI-focused product development.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Mastra
- Apply stochastic testing and trace-based reasoning to evaluate and improve agent behavior
- Develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and ML workflows for production scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products and strategies for enterprise clients
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to scaling the AI practice (for senior levels)
Requirements
- Proven experience building and deploying robust, scalable AI solutions
- Strong understanding of LLM concepts, including context engineering, embeddings, and model limitations
- Experience with AI observability and evaluation tools such as Langfuse and Promptfoo
