About the Role
CrowdStrike is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to build and deploy LLM-based agents for cybersecurity at enterprise scale. The role involves owning the full lifecycle from prototype to production, optimizing agent performance, and collaborating with teams to transform workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of AI agent projects, from prototype to production.
- Lead development of AI agents using modern frameworks (vLLM, SGLang).
- Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
- Design scalable solutions balancing cost, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform enterprise workflows.
Requirements
- Experience building and deploying LLM-based agents.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals.
- Exposure to fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA).
- Basic knowledge of evaluation frameworks.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Familiarity with deployment frameworks (vLLM, SGLang, FastAPI).
- Experience with modern LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic).

- Shipped AI agents beyond tutorial projects.
