Senior AI Engineer

Cloud Chamber seeks a Senior AI Engineer to develop AI systems and archetypes for BioShock 4. The role involves iterating on AI behavior trees, improving design tools, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver high-quality game AI.

• Iterate and polish existing AI Systems and Archetypes.
• Bring new Archetypes into existence.
• Take ownership over architecture and implementation within domain systems.
• Implement and maintain AI behavior tree and associated systems.
• Ensure AI systems operate performantly within memory budgets.
• Improve design-facing tools for authoring combat encounters.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Review work of other engineers and share expertise.

• 5+ years industry or related experience.
• Experience in AI for video games programming.
• Professional use of Unreal Engine for scripting AI systems.
• Experience with UE5 AI Debugging Tools and Rewind Debugger.
• Strong math skills.
• Strong C++ experience.
• Developed for current gen AAA consoles.
