Associate Applied (AI) Value Engineer (Scale EMEA/German-Speaking) - Orbit Program

Celonis is hiring an Associate Applied AI Value Engineer for its Orbit Graduate Program in Madrid. The role involves using AI and process intelligence to solve business-critical problems for customers, prototyping solutions, and ensuring value realization. You will work with cutting-edge AI technologies like LLMs and RAG, and collaborate with partners such as Microsoft and OpenAI.

• Understand customers' AI strategy and business challenges, translating requirements into innovative AI solutions.
• Rapidly build creative prototypes using AI technologies during customer hackathons.
• Support customers in achieving ROI from AI deployments through agentic process transformation.
• End-to-end execution of Proof-of-Value projects showcasing Celonis Process Intelligence.
• Deliver impactful presentations to senior executives and ensure successful value realization.
• Contribute to best practices and reusable collateral within the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence.

• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• Excellent academic performance and 1-2 years of work experience or extensive internships.
• Understanding of generative AI techniques (e.g., RAG, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, fine-tuning).
