AI Product Engineer | Super-Flex & Hybrid (3 Days Remote)

Join BLOOMTECH, Inc. as an AI Product Engineer to develop AI agents and features using real-time behavioral data. You'll work with NLP and recommendation algorithms on massive 1st Party Data. The role offers a super-flex schedule and hybrid work (3 days remote).

• Design and develop AI agents optimized for each customer using NLP and recommendation algorithms.
• New development of AI products that stay close to what users want to do using real-time behavioral data.
• Develop new UI/UX leveraging AI across various services.
• Build user models to understand users utilizing behavioral data.
• Formulate data strategies and consider new data sources to maximize the use of unique 1st Party Data.

• 2+ years of development experience in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, etc.).
• Logical communication skills to exchange opinions flatly with team members and other teams.
• Ability to take initiative and develop proactively.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency.

• Experience solving problems using Machine Learning (ML) or Deep Learning (DL).
• Experience building systems or infrastructure that handle large-scale data.
