Apaleo is hiring a Solutions Architect to serve as the technical voice for strategic customers as it launches its AI agent platform for hospitality. You will lead discovery, build proofs of concept, and design AI agents and automations while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Product. The role involves regular travel to France and the UK.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical answer in strategic deals while Sales and Account Management handle commercial terms
- Lead discovery sessions and build proofs of concept for customers
- Design AI agents and automations tailored to customer needs
- Turn field learnings into reusable patterns and product feedback
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Senior Leadership
- Travel regularly to France and the UK
Requirements
- Multiple years in solution architecture, solution engineering, or technical consulting in B2B SaaS
- Experience with complex software such as ERP or enterprise platforms
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong API skills (REST, authentication, webhooks, events, data-flow design)
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation (n8n preferred)
