Ants is partnering with a well-funded early-stage startup in Stockholm to find a Lead AI Engineer. The role involves designing end-to-end ML architectures, building personalization and relevance systems, and establishing ML engineering standards. You will work on large-scale data pipelines, real-time serving, and experimentation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end machine learning architectures including data pipelines, feature engineering, model training, real-time serving, and evaluation systems.
- Build scalable personalization and relevance systems processing high-volume sequential behavioral data in real time.
- Develop high-velocity model training pipelines enabling rapid experimentation with production-grade rigor.
- Design and operate low-latency model serving infrastructure with seamless version rollouts.
- Create experimentation and evaluation platforms combining offline metrics and online A/B testing.
- Establish ML engineering standards for code quality, reproducibility, monitoring, and incident response.
Requirements
- MSc in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, or directly related field from KTH, Chalmers, ETH Zurich, EPFL, or equivalent.
