About the Role
Anduril Industries seeks an AI Solutions Engineer for their Talent Acquisition team to build AI agents and automations for recruiting. The role involves owning the AI roadmap, building agentic workflows, and integrating with SaaS tools. Requires Python, LLM, and API skills. This is a full-time on-site position in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities
- Build AI agents and automations for sourcing, screening, outreach, scheduling, candidate research, pipeline operations, and reporting
- Own TA's AI and automation roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization and communication to leadership
- Partner with Corporate Technology team to align solutions with company AI infrastructure and security posture
- Lead build-vs.-buy assessments for AI tools and custom solutions
- Ship pragmatic solutions, both strategic and ad hoc, with measurable ROI
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production software, with 1-2 years focused on applied AI/LLM systems (agents, RAG, evals)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: Python, APIs, version control, testing, CI/CD
- Production experience building AI agents or LLM-driven automations
- Experience integrating with SaaS APIs and handling auth, rate limits, webhooks
- Ability to identify high-leverage opportunities and communicate tradeoffs to non-technical leadership
