CreateFuture is seeking a Lead MLOps Engineer to design and deliver a production-grade machine learning platform on AWS. You will lead the migration of legacy models to Amazon SageMaker, build automated CI/CD pipelines, and establish governance and monitoring patterns for data science teams. This role requires deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, security, and scalable ML operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a production MLOps platform on Amazon SageMaker
- Lead migration of legacy model suites to SageMaker with parity testing
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated model promotion
- Define IAM policies, KMS key management, and VPC controls for ML workloads
- Create golden template MLOps patterns for self-service by other teams
- Produce technical documentation and runbooks for data science teams
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Amazon SageMaker (Studio, Training, Pipelines, Endpoints)
- Advanced knowledge of AWS IAM, S3, and KMS
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline/CodeBuild or equivalents
- Expert-level Python and PySpark for production-quality code
- Strong background in statistical/parity testing methodology and MLOps pattern design
