About the Role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a seasoned leader to manage a team of Specialist Solutions Architects focused on GenAI/ML. This role involves defining technical strategy and building relationships with enterprise customers, particularly in Auto, Manufacturing, and Media & Entertainment segments. The position requires deep expertise in AWS AI/ML services and experience in cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

Define strategic workloads to drive technical relationships with customers and partners; build and lead a high-performing team of deeply technical Solution Architects; partner with sales and product teams to evolve GenAI/ML services; analyze customer insights to inform product direction.

Requirements

5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer-facing resources; 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience; Bachelor's degree; experience architecting/operating solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI); 5+ years working with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).

Nice to Have

Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
