AI Engineer

Fractional AI is seeking an AI Engineer to build bespoke gen AI software for top companies. You will lead the development of LLM applications from design to deployment, working closely with customers and shaping the engineering culture. The role requires 4+ years of coding experience and a track record with LLMs and frameworks like LangChain.

• Design and develop custom AI solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
• Partner with a high-caliber team across the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, prototyping, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Actively shape engineering and company culture.

• Write exceptional code with strong proficiency across multiple programming languages (4+ years experience).
• Track record building scalable applications with LLMs using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• Love solving hard, new problems, self-teaching, and experimenting.
