About the Role
Collaborate directly with customers to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agent systems for enterprise workflows. Own end-to-end implementation from architecture and integrations to deployment and iteration in live environments. Rapidly move from concept to production, building full-stack solutions and agentic systems that are reliable, scalable, and continuously improving.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy agentic systems for enterprise workflows
- Design and implement AI agents (and multi-agent systems) that reason and retrieve data across complex business processes
- Collaborate directly with customers and cross-functional teams to refine solutions and test prototypes
- Develop agentic harnesses, evaluation frameworks, and toolchains for rapid iteration
- Own full-stack implementation across LLMs, APIs, backend systems, and lightweight UIs
- Design orchestration, reasoning, and workflows for multi-step processes
- Ensure reliability, safety, and production readiness with guardrails and fallback mechanisms
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in software engineering (full-stack or backend)
- Experience building API-driven systems and integrations
- Familiarity with LLMs or AI-based systems
