Sr Solutions Architect (Digital, Life Sciences)

Red Nucleus is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead digital experience projects for healthcare and life sciences clients. This remote role combines strategic architecture with hands-on technical leadership, including defining the team's AI-augmented development stack with tools like Copilot and Claude Code. You will design complex web applications, data visualizations, and integrations, while mentoring senior developers and driving technical standards.

• Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for Digital Experience projects
• Design and lead implementation of websites, web apps, data visualizations, and immersive experiences
• Establish architectural principles, patterns, reference architectures, and technical standards
• Define and operationalize the AI-augmented development stack (Copilot, Claude Code, automated testing agents, AI code review)
• Serve as primary technical lead on complex client engagements
• Mentor senior developers, conduct technical reviews, and ensure code quality
• Evaluate AI tools and provide build vs. buy recommendations
• Design integration strategies for CMS platforms, APIs, and data sources

• 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture
• 3+ years in technical leadership or architecture roles
• Strong background in designing and implementing complex web application solutions
