Machine Learning Built MLOps Trained NLP Models

This Irish healthcare AI company is seeking a Senior MLOps/NLP Engineer to build and deploy NLP models using PyTorch and Hugging Face. The role involves developing ML pipelines, integrating LLMs via APIs, and fine-tuning ASR models. You will work on MLOps, backend services, and cloud platforms like AWS Bedrock.

• NLP API development and maintenance (40%)
• MLOps design and maintenance of data pipelines, automation, model versioning (20%)
• ASR model fine-tuning (15%)
• LLM fine-tuning for ASR (15%)
• R&D and experimentation (20%)

• 3+ years PyTorch experience
• Experience deploying GPU models in production
• 2+ years commercial experience with transformer-based NLP models
• Practical experience with Hugging Face Transformers library
• 2+ years production deployment of Transformer/NLP models
• Solid MLOps experience: model versioning, experiment tracking, CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
• Proficient in Python for backend and ML pipelines (FastAPI, Flask)
• Hands-on cloud ML platform experience (AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI)

• Agentic domain ASR LLM fine-tuning and deployment
