Pure Storage is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design and deploy production-ready AI systems. The role focuses on NLP, entity extraction, document classification, and LLM-powered automation. You will build end-to-end ML pipelines and integrate models into products.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML and deep learning models for discovery and classification.
- Integrate LLMs and ML models into products and automated workflows.
- Define model training strategies and collaborate on dataset requirements.
- Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines covering training, inference, evaluation, monitoring, and improvement.
- Optimize models and inference pipelines for production constraints.
- Deploy, operate, monitor, and improve ML systems in production.
- Translate business challenges into ML system designs.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction.
Requirements
- Experience delivering machine learning models into production.
- Hands-on experience with NLP and text-based ML systems, including LLM-assisted workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy.
